Short sales are quite uncommon at this point.  However, for those still searching for them you can view Gulf access short sales simply conduct a map search here, specify a section of town, and on the following page you can specify to display short sale results.

Please note that short sale list prices may not be entirely accurate though! You really need to read the ‘Short Sales explained’ section to understand the unique qualities associated with these types of sales.
